In addition to regular honey, honeycomb honey is also popular with customers. More attractive to customers is not cut honeycomb honey, but honey that is contained in its own small wooden frame. These frames are placed in a standard hive frame. A Zander frame can hold 10 mini frames for the production of honeycomb honey. As a rule, customers are willing to pay significantly higher prices for these products than for centrifuged honey. As a beekeeper, you also experience an easier workload during the honey harvest, as the frames only have to be removed and no further processing such as centrifuging is required. The bees already partially build the frames, which saves time. If you sell honeycomb honey in this form, you will gain new customers and therefore additional profit.

The mini-frames are made of wood and are supplied as boards of a special shape, on which there are special cuts for a tenon joint. The mini-frames for honey are assembled without staples and glue - it is enough to slightly bend the frame at the interface and insert the free end into the lock, and the frame is ready! This design solution allows you to quickly assemble frames without using additional fasteners.

A characteristic feature of mini-frames with universal tenon joint is the fact that the side slots are connected to the upper slot, with the lower slot also present. This shape of the slots makes it possible to release a central wall laid through the entire row of mini-frames, and not through each frame separately.

Each section frame for honeycomb has shoulders - small protrusions that reliably protect the packaged honeycombs.

No excess material is used in the frames - this significantly reduces manufacturing and transportation costs.

Before assembly, the frames must be moistened with water along the bending line and wait 3-5 minutes. After soaking in water, the frames are ready for assembly.

If such section frames are assembled correctly, waste can be completely avoided.

The frame size has been chosen to fit freely into Zander frames, however the internal dimensions can vary significantly. Therefore, it is recommended to measure the internal dimensions of your frames correctly. The internal dimensions of the frame should not be less than 200 mm in height and 400 mm in width.

No additional brackets are necessary for attachment.
